How far in advance should I reserve a tour or transportation?

You can book or reserve a car service rides months in advance or as soon as 2 hours before you need them. We recommend booking with as much lead time as possible for guarantee a very good service and ride.

What is included in the price, Can I pay in cash on the car?

Yes, we can accept cash but you must to confirm the reservation in advance in our web page or WhatsApp message. If you will pay by credit debit card or Paypal we will charge 5% extra. Many of our tours are popular and sell out early. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a spot on the vehicle.

Can i book and pay for a ride for someone else?

Yes you can but if you will pay, you must sign up our credit card authorization form plus send to us copy documents.

In the event that your plans change, or you miss your transportation, call +1 305-600-2226 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you.
