Is it necessary to print my receipt?

It is not necessary to print the receipt to board the van. The driver will have your name on the manifest and will be expecting you. To guarantee your reservation it is better to make it via website in our online reservation system, click on “BOOK” so that you can pay it at once and thus avoid inconveniences, after booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary. however you can also do it via whatsapp messages, email or calling us.

How far in advance can I book a ride?

You can book or reserve a car service  rides months in advance or as soon as 2 hours before you need them. We recommend booking with as much lead time as possible for guarantee a very good service and ride.

Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?

The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes and fees. The number of guests does not affect the price. For shared transfers the prices are per person. Check well what type of transfers you are buying because Lyberi makes private and shared transport services.

Can i book and pay for a ride for someone else?

Yes you can do it, but you must sign up our credit card authorization  form plus send to us copy documents. 

You must sign the credit card authorization form, send copies of the credit card and identification. The name of the credit card owner must match the ID.

We recommend that if you are going to reserve for another person, it is best that you do not make the payment. You can book for someone else and that person can pay us so you don't have to sign the form.

Can I pay in cash on the vehicle? Does the driver accept credit cards?

Lyberi LLC and partners does not accept cash payments for its transfer services. We make some exceptions only in some cases and it depends on the type of transfer you have chosen.

Yes we accept cash in some cases, you can pay cash to the driver upon pickup at the vehicle.

You can also pay by credit debit card at the time of pick-up at the vehicle, but the payment must be made to the company, not in the name of the driver.

If you pay by credit debit card we will charge you an additional 5%. Many of our shuttles are popular and sell out early. By reserving and paying in advance you are guaranteed the vehicle.

Our drivers are not authorized to receive any method credit payments. All payments must be made in the name of the Lyberi LLC company.

What happens if I miss my pickup? What is the policy for a No-Show?

A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate.  If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point on your reservation, call us at +1 305-600-2226 so that our team can connect you with your driver without delay and you can avoid a “no show” charge.  In the event that your plans change, or you miss your transportation, call +1 305-600-2226 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you.

About the Tips (gratuity driver) (propinas)

We really appreciate that you tip the driver, he deserves it because he stays at the Mall waiting for you without charging waiting time. The driver drives very carefully, taking the shortest routes to take you safely and on time to your destination. Be generous and kind-hearted.

Do I have to pay in advance to confirm my reservation?

It all depends on the type of client or transportation you choose, for example: In places such as airports and ports, you must pay the total or a portion of 30% of your reservation in advance, otherwise we cannot send a driver.
