Is it necessary to print my receipt?

It is not necessary to print the receipt to board the van. The driver will have your name on the manifest and will be expecting you. To guarantee your reservation it is better to make it via website in our online reservation system, click on “BOOK” so that you can pay it at once and thus avoid inconveniences, after booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary. however you can also do it via whatsapp messages, email or calling us.

What is included in the price, Can I pay in cash on the car?

Yes, we can accept cash but  you must to confirm the reservation in advance  in our web page or WhatsApp message. If you will pay by credit debit card or Paypal we will charge 5% extra. Many of our tours are popular and sell out early. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a spot on the vehicle.

Your reservation will always be confirmed, why?

Our reservation system confirms all reservations via email, whether there is space or not, this is because they are shared transfers and we depend on the number of passengers.
Your reservation is not confirmed until it has been approved via WhatsApp. A reservation that has been approved via email may be canceled or rescheduled without prior authorization if you do not contact us.

Lyberi may cancel, change or adjust the schedule of a shared transfer based on the number of passengers.

Is your company licensed and Insured?

Can i book and pay for a ride for someone else?

Yes you can do it but you must sign up our credit card authorization  form plus send to us copy documents. 

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. You can see everything you paid in your reservation or final invoice.

The calculator calculates the base rate from point to point or hourly rates,as per your request you might ask for extra stops, a child car seat or any other extra service that is chargeable.

Processing Fee Applies on all type of cards (3% credit card processing + 7% tax = 10%) you will pay half 5%.

Can you provide transportation for large events?

Yes. We routinely handle large groups of more than 500+ clients. Better yet, we have staff dedicated to bringing more than 10+ years of operational experience and event management expertise to help you coordinate the details of your event and ensure that no detail goes unnoticed.

What happens if I miss my pickup? What is the policy for a No-Show?

A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate.  If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point on your reservation, call us at +1 305-600-2226 so that our team can connect you with your driver without delay and you can avoid a “no show” charge.  In the event that your plans change, or you miss your transportation, call +1 305-600-2226 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you.

Does the driver accept credit cards or cash?

Our drivers are not authorized to receive any method credit card or Paypal payments. All payments must be made in the name of the Lyberi company.
