It is not necessary to print the receipt to board the van. The driver will have your name on the manifest and will be expecting you. Yes, we can accept cash but you must to confirm the reservation in advance in our web page or WhatsApp message. If you will pay by credit debit card or Paypal we will charge 5% extra. Many of our tours are popular and sell out early. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a spot on the vehicle.
Our reservation system confirms all reservations via email, whether there is space or not, this is because they are shared transfers and we depend on the number of passengers.
Your reservation is not confirmed until it has been approved via WhatsApp. A reservation that has been approved via email may be canceled or rescheduled without prior authorization if you do not contact us.
Lyberi may cancel, change or adjust the schedule of a shared transfer based on the number of passengers.

Processing Fee Applies on all type of cards (3% credit card processing + 7% tax = 10%) you will pay half 5%.

A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate. If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point on your reservation, call us at +1 305-600-2226 so that our team can connect you with your driver without delay and you can avoid a “no show” charge. In the event that your plans change, or you miss your transportation, call +1 305-600-2226 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you.
Our drivers are not authorized to receive any method credit card or Paypal payments. All payments must be made in the name of the Lyberi company.
