Serving Miami Dade (Miami), Broward (Fort Lauderdale), Palm Beach, Tampa  and Orlando area. Rides can be quoted or  booked in advance using any of our reservation methods. We do  private tours and private transportation shuttle limo car service anywhere at any time in all Florida areas.

If your child is under the age of 5, legally your child must be in a car seat. You can bring your own child seat and there will be no additional charge for that. You can reserve a child seat during the booking process, for an additional fee. In some case we provided the car seat for free depending of the services.

In order to ensure the safety of the child and proper installation of the car seat. The law requires the passenger perform the installation.

The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes and fees. The number of guests does not affect the price. For shared transfers the prices are per person. Check well what type of transfers you are buying because Lyberi makes private and shared transport services.

You will never be able to communicate directly with the driver because your communication at all times will be with the company and the company will be in communication with the driver. Do not worry, we have many years of experience and the service will be done efficiently.

Our buses are regularly maintained, and all drivers are certified professionals trained in safety protocols.

"Meet & Greet Service" means that the driver will wait for you at the airport once the flight has landed with a sign under your name on it for a period of 1 hour; After this period of time (1 hour) has elapsed, overtime will begin to be charged. We know plans can change, so we’ve designed an industry leading agreements and cancellation policy that’s flexible for our customers and supports the drivers.

Changes: Lyberi and Partners will track your flight progress and adjust your pick up time based on any delays. If your flight is canceled, there are no service cancellation charges. Rates will not change once the reservation has been made.

Cancellations:  Free cancellation up until 2 hours before pickup. “NOT SHOW” Failure to contact our office in the event that you do not see your driver right away will result in the client being charged the full amount. There will be no refund issued if you fail to contact our office. Why do you charge a late cancellation fee? When you make a reservation, we ensure that a chauffeur and vehicle are reserved just for you and blocked from receiving any additional work. This fee goes towards paying a driver who has missed out on revenue because of the late cancellation.

1. Airport International Arrivals: 60 minutes from flight arrival time. 2. Airport Domestic Arrivals: 30 minutes from flight arrival time.
3. Hotel, Landmarks, Home, Business and other addresses: 15 minutes from scheduled pick up time (additional wait time will be charged in increment of 30 minutes). Please, visit our Terms & Conditions page to learn about it.

Yes, many of our buses offer Wi-Fi, charging ports, air conditioning, and reclining seats.

Yes, we allow cancellations with a full or partial refund based on our cancellation terms.

Yes, we have mini-buses and shuttles perfect for small group travel.

Airport pickups include a free Meet & Greet service depending of your booked. The chauffeur will wait at the exit after baggage claim with a personalized pickup sign. For airport pickups where the meeting point is different, the location will be written in the booking confirmation email.

Are you traveling domestically or internationally? If you will go through immigration and customs, wait times can vary depending on the origin of travel. For example, airport line wait times are longer in the U.S. than the U.K.  Whether you are traveling with hand luggage (bag / bags) or checked baggage can also make a difference. For international flyers, we recommend one hour of buffer time between the flight arrival and your pickup time.

To accommodate unexpected delays, all airport pickups come with an hour of complementary wait time. Plus, if you provide your flight or train details when booking we will track your arrival time and adjust your pickup time accordingly where possible. If there is a very long delay and the chauffeur is unable to wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.

Yes, we can accept cash but  you must to confirm the reservation in advance  by email or WhatsApp message. If you will pay by credit debit card we will charge 5% extra. Many of our tours are popular and sell out early. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a spot on the vehicle.
