How far in advance should I book a ride?

You can book or reserve a car service  rides months in advance or as soon as 12 hours before you need them. We recommend booking with as much lead time as possible for guarantee a very good service and ride.

Is it necessary to print my receipt or booking form?

It is not necessary to print the receipt or booking form to board the van. The driver will have your name on the manifest and will be expecting you. To guarantee your reservation it is better to make it via website in our online reservation system, click on “BOOK” so that you can pay it at once and thus avoid inconveniences, after booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary. however you can also do reservation it via whatsapp messages, email or calling us.

Does the driver accept credit cards or cash?

All transactions or payments must be made to the company LYBERI LLC. We do not accept cash payments. In some cases with some clients we can accept cash. The transfer must be paid in advance by credit card, via Zelle or bank deposit to our Well Fargo account. All transaction by credit card have a extra charge of 7%.

Can you pick me up at another location?

Yes. Between the route from Miami - Tampa, we can pick you up at another place if the address is not our work area. We can agree with you a meeting point close to your hotel or residence to be able to pick you up.

Can i book and pay for a ride for someone else?

Yes you can, but the transfer must be paid by the passenger and in advance. We do not accept payments from third parties unless paid via Zelle or direct cash deposit into our bank.

What happens if I miss my pickup? What is the policy for a No-Show?

If you miss your trip we cannot refund your money because you do not show up.</p> <p>A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate. If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point on your reservation, call us via WhatsApp at +1 305-600-2226 so that our team can connect you with your driver without delay and you can avoid a “no show” charge. Also contact us as soon as possible in the event that your plans change, or you miss your transportation; since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you.

How many suitcases can be carried per passenger?

Only 1 suitcase per passenger, more than 1 suitcase will be charged an extra $10 per suitcase.
