We can pick you up in all locations hotel or residence in Downtown Miami and Miami Beach, if you have another location let us know where exactly you are and we can accommodate the meting point for you. This is not a private service, this a shared ride van, please check your email because we will confirm by email or WhatsApp text the last time the driver will pick you up. Can you pick me up in another location?

 

We can do in another place, just tell us where exactly you are and we can accommodate the meeting point for you. We do not have shared service in Miami Airport area, Doral or in another place. We do private service in anywhere at any time. 

What happens if I miss my trip?

If you miss your trip, we can accommodate for  next schedule if we have seat available or for another day. 

Will you pick me up at my hotel?

No, we only have 4 specific hotels to pick up in downtown Miami. Be ready on time. 

How do you recognize the shuttle van?

We use a white or black van, mini bus to pick you up. The van has a sign in front of the glass that says “SHUTTLE TO SAWGRASS” We will pick up the passenger in your location at the hotel or residence. This is a shared ride van be patient and do not worry we will be there.

Is it necessary to print my receipt?

It is not necessary to print the receipt to board the van. The driver will have your name on the manifest and will be expecting you. To guarantee your reservation it is better to make it via website in our online reservation system, click on “BOOK” so that you can pay it at once and thus avoid inconveniences, after booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary. however you can also do it via WhatsApp messages, email or calling us.

What is included in the price, Can I pay in cash on the car?

Yes, we can accept cash but  you must to confirm the reservation in advance  in our web page or WhatsApp message. If you will pay by credit debit card we will charge 5% extra. Many of our tours are popular and sell out early. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a spot on the vehicle.

Does the driver accept credit cards or cash?

Our drivers are not authorized to receive any method credit payments. All payments must be made in the name of the Lyberi LLC company.

Is your company licensed and Insured?

We are active like real company in all Florida area, check that link. All cars are all permit for do transportation.

Can i book and pay for a ride for someone else?

Yes you can do it but you must sign up our credit card authorization  form plus send to us copy documents. 

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. You can see everything you paid in your reservation or final invoice.

The calculator calculates the base rate from point to point or hourly rates,as per your request you might ask for extra stops, a child car seat or any other extra service that is chargeable.

Processing Fee Applies on all type of cards (3% credit card processing + 7% tax = 10%) you will pay half 5%.

What happens if I miss my pickup? What is the policy for a No-Show?

A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate.  If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point on your reservation, call us at +1 305-600-2226 so that our team can connect you with your driver without delay and you can avoid a “no show” charge.  In the event that your plans change, or you miss your transportation, call +1 305-600-2226 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you.

Where does Lyberi & Shuttle To Sawgrass Mall provide car service, Limo and taxi?

Serving Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach  and Orlando area . We going to anywhere at any time. Rides can be booked in advance using any of our reservation methods.

Do you pick up in Brickell area?

No, because when the bridge opens a lot of time is lost, people who are in the Brickell area can be picked up at the Hyatt Regency Miami hotel located at 400 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33131
