The number of stops made varies from city to city and is based on population density and the number of passengers going to or from your area.

2. How it Works or How i do make a reservation?

• The best way to book transportation to the Sawgrass mall is by contacting us via Whatsapp. You can make the reservation directly from our website by clicking on the button that says "BOOK", once there select "Shared Vehicle" and follow the instructions on the form.
• For now we have only one schedule 10:00 and return 19:00.
• We use Van to do this service. Is not a BUS.
• Try to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance so you can garantee your seat.
• You can pay cash $30 (to the driver) or by credit debit card and Paypal.
• Same price for one way or round trip.
• Child under 3 years old is free.
• Coordinate the return with the driver at 19:00.
• You do not need to imprint the reservation form, the driver knows about your trip, once you book is already confirmed we will let you know by email, WhatsApp text or call.
• This is not a private service, this a shared ride van, check your email because we will confirm by email or WhatsApp the last time.
• If we do not answer your call, please send to us an email or WhatsApp message, we will answer as soon as possible.

3. How do you recognize the shuttle van?

We use a white or black van to pick you up. The van has a sign in front of the glass that says "SHUTTLE TO SAWGRASS MILLS MALL" We will pick up the passenger in your location at the hotel or residence. This is a shared ride van be patient and do not worry we will be there.

4. Is it necessary to print my receipt?

It is not necessary to print the receipt to board the van. The driver will have your name on the manifest and will be expecting you. To guarantee your reservation it is better to make it via website in our online reservation system, click on "BOOK" so that you can pay it at once and thus avoid inconveniences, after booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary. however you can also do it via whatsapp messages, email or calling us.

5. Will you pick me up at my hotel?

Yes. We offer courtesy pick-up and drop-off service from hotels in Miami Downtown and in all Miami Beach on Collins Ave. The driver will pick you up or looking for you outside hotel. If you are not ready outside the hotel the van will go and you will miss your shuttle. Be ready on time. 

6. Can you pick me up in another location?

We only pick up in all hotels and residence in Downtown Miami and Miami Beach. In Miami beach we will pick you up until 6985 on Collins Ave. We can do in another place, just tell us where exactly you are and we can accommodate the meeting point for you. We do not have service in Miami Airport area, Doral or in another place.

7. Shuttle To Sawgrass Mall "Cancellation & NOT SHOW Policy"?

We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Lyberi (Shuttle To Sawgrass Mall) and partners has a very simple cancellation policy: just give us 1 hour notice prior to your pickup time and you will receive a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.

Please note that Lyberi (Shuttle To Sawgrass Mall) cannot refund payment in the event of a No-Show, or if your reservation is cancelled with less than 1 hour prior to pickup time.
