Lyberi will not send a driver to pick you up if your reservation has not been paid and confirmed.

You can book or reserve a car service rides months in advance or as soon as 2 hours before you need them. We recommend booking with as much lead time as possible for guarantee a very good service and ride.
For a standard pickup (i.e. from a hotel or home address), your chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes before leaving the pickup point. For airport pick up, your chauffeur will wait for you 30 minutes for domestic flight and 1 hour for international flight; after this waiting time, you will begin to charge per hour of service. Lyberi LLC and partners charges $1 per minute for extra wait time.
"Meet & Greet Service" means that the driver will wait for you at the airport once the flight has landed with a sign under your name on it for a period of 1 hour; After this period of time (1 hour) has elapsed, overtime will begin to be charged. Lyberi LLC and partners charges $1 per minute for extra wait time in light vehicle like sedan, SUV and van.
You will never be able to communicate directly with the driver because your communication at all times will be with the company and the company will be in communication with the driver. Do not worry, we have many years of experience and the service will be done efficiently.
The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes and fees. The number of guests does not affect the price. For shared transfers the prices are per person. Check well what type of transfers you are buying because Lyberi makes private and shared transport services.
It all depends on the type of client or transportation you choose, for example: In places such as airports and ports, you must pay the total or a portion of 30% of your reservation in advance, otherwise we cannot send a driver.
Our operators will track your flight and adjust your reservation accordingly in the event of a delay or early arrival. Please make sure that you provide us with your airline and flight number at time of booking.
For most airport pickups, our driver will meet you at baggage claim for domestic flights, and outside of customs for international flights, and will hold a sign with your name (additional fee applies). Just look for a sign with your name on it, and if you don't see it, simply call the number on your trip confirmation and we will locate the driver for you.
For all other service types, our driver will be on location by the time indicated on your trip confirmation. If you don't see your driver at the reserved time, simply call the number on your trip confirmation and we will locate the driver for you
We really appreciate it if you tip the driver, because it is not included in the final cost.
The driver deserves to be tipped because from 1 hour before the pickup time he must be aware of all the logistics of the transfer, in addition he drives with great caution and takes the shortest routes to drive safely and on time to his destination. Be generous and kind-hearted.
We know plans can change, so we’ve designed an industry leading agreements and cancellation policy that’s flexible for our customers and supports the drivers.
Changes: Lyberi and Partners will track your flight progress and adjust your pick up time based on any delays. If your flight is canceled, there are no service cancellation charges. Rates will not change once the reservation has been made.
Cancellations: Free cancellation up until 2 hours before pickup. “NOT SHOW” Failure to contact our office in the event that you do not see your driver right away will result in the client being charged the full amount. There will be no refund issued if you fail to contact our office. Why do you charge a late cancellation fee? When you make a reservation, we ensure that a chauffeur and vehicle are reserved just for you and blocked from receiving any additional work. This fee goes towards paying a driver who has missed out on revenue because of the late cancellation.
