We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Lyberi LLC and partners has a very simple cancellation policy: just give us 24 hours notice prior to your pickup time and you will receive a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.

Please note that Lyberi LLC cannot refund payment in the event of a No-Show, or if your reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours prior to pickup time.

You can make your quotation or reservation without obligation and then pay it by credit card, debit, Zelle, Paypal or cash. All transfer or service must be paid before time trip.

• Any bags must remain with us during the time spent at the Theme Park.
• In the spring or summer: wear light clothing and comfortable shoes. In the fall or winter: Wear several layers of clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.
• For your safety, please carry your personal property and valuables with you at all times.
• Please do not leave your valuables in the bus/hotel/restaurant/attraction etc. Lyberi, local operators, drivers and guides are not responsible for any loss, theft or any other occurrence during your tour.
• Upon booking your tour or activity with Lyberi and receiving confirmation by mail, you will be issued an electronic ticket detailing the name of the local operator and their contact information.
• In some cases, confirmations are made via whatsapp.
• We do not accept suitcases of any size. Just a small bag or handbag.
• The reservation must be paid in advance, except in some cases where cash would be accepted.

There may be a discount for families of more than 4 people. Children do not have a discount. Each seat is the same price, no matter how old you are.
