Can you pick me up in another location? Will you pick me up at my hotel?

Yes we do. Pick-up hotel or residence: We can pick you up in all locations, hotel or resident in Miami Beach until 63 street on Collins Ave.

We can do it somewhere else, just tell us where exactly you are and we can accommodate the meeting point for you.

How do you recognize the shuttle van?

We use a white or black van, mini bus to pick you up. The van has a sign in front of the glass that says “SHUTTLE TO SAWGRASS” We will pick up the passenger in your location at the hotel or residence. This is a shared ride van be patient and do not worry we will be there.

Is it necessary to print my receipt?

It is not necessary to print the receipt to board the van. The driver will have your name on the manifest and will be expecting you. To guarantee your reservation it is better to make it via website in our online reservation system, click on “BOOK” so that you can pay it at once and thus avoid inconveniences, after booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary. Please reconfirm your reservation, sending us a message via WhatsApp or email as soon as you receive your confirmation.

Can I pay in cash on the car? Does the driver accept credit cards?

Yes, we do accept cash. If you will pay by credit debit card we will charge 5% extra. Many of our tours are popular and sell out early. By booking and and pay in advance, you are guaranteed a spot on the vehicle. The people pay in advance have garantee seat on the vehicle.

Our drivers are not authorized to receive any method credit payments. All payments must be made in the name of the Lyberi LLC company.

About the Tips (gratuity driver) (propinas)

We really appreciate it if you tip the driver, he deserves it because he works hard and does a good job picking you up and dropping you off at each place. Your driver drives very hard to get you safely and on time along the way for your trip. Be generous, he deserves it for his time that he is with you all day.

Can i book and pay for a ride for someone else?

Yes, you can do this for this type of transfers and the passenger must pay for the transfer in cash but for private transfers this is not possible unless you sign a credit card authorization form and send us copies of the documents.

Is there enough space for my luggage?

Absolutely! yes. Only one luggage per person. 

What happens if I miss my pickup? What is the policy for a No-Show?

If you miss your trip, we can accommodate for  next schedule if we have seat available or for another day. 

A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate.  If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point on your reservation, call us at +1 305-600-2226 so that our team can connect you with your driver without delay and you can avoid a “no show” charge.  In the event that your plans change, or you miss your transportation, call +1 305-600-2226 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you.

Can the schedules be mixed?

Could be if we have availability. The schedules cannot be combined, if you choose shift 1 for the pick up you must also choose shift 1 for the return.

About Coupon

We do not give coupons unless there are more than 10 passengers. The coupons are sold in the Mall for $10 per person. We do not recommend purchasing coupons because each store has its own discount. The discounts offered by the coupon are good, for example; If you spend $250 we will discount you $10.
