• All guests must be able to ride  E bike, scooter or bike.
• No customer under the age of 16 will be given a E bike or Scooter without an adult over the age of 18 present.
• Deposit: Between $100 to $500 Credit/Debit card, Cash (Fully refundable)
• A SECURITY DEPOSIT of between $100 and $500 is required for the rental of any vehicle. Lyberi / Ruedas Miami and you agree that the renter and the cardholder shall be held liable in the event of damage, loss, or theft. (An additional 10% fee will be applied to payments made by card, unless payment is made in cash.) Any cancellation will incur a 20% surcharge on the base amount. In the event of damage, loss, or theft, a report must be filed, accompanied by a copy of the card and identification.

All fees, prices and info are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable sales and/or use taxes will be added at time of processing for charges and transactions.

Rider must accept the Rental Agreement and rides at his/her own risk.

The process may take 15 to 30 minutes; we recommend booking in advance to expedite the process.

Steps:

1. Fill out the reservation form or book onlike.
2. Read and sign the terms of use (waiver)
3. You must provide ID or Passsport.
4. Credit card security deposit. You can pay cash or by credit debit card. Payment by credit card have 7% extra (tax).
5. Vehicle inspection.
6. Locks and helmet, if applicable.

7. When you return the vehicle, we will perform a return inspection.

The requirements are divided according to the vehicle being rented.

For basic Bikes like city
1. ID or passport.
2. $50 deposit in cash.
No credit card required for security.

For Fitness/Hybrid Bikes
1. ID or passport.
2. Between $150 to $300 security deposit.
3. Credit card required for security desposit.

For Electric Bikes (standard)
1. ID or passport.
2. Between $200  to $300 security deposit.
3. Credit card required for security.

For Electric Bikes (premium)
1. ID or passport
2. Between$300 to $500 security deposit.
3. Credit card required for security deposit.

For Electric Scooters
1. ID or passport.
2. Between to $200 to $300 security deposit.
3. Credit card required for security deposit.

Participants must read and sign the Liability Waiver Agreement prior to the rental/tour.

Brickell
Brickell, located along Biscayne Bay, is Miami’s financial district, known for its skyscrapers, upscale living, and waterfront parks.

Little Havana

Little Havana, a hub of vibrant Cuban culture, sits just 4 miles from downtown Miami. The main street, Calle Ocho, is lined with a mix of Cuban restaurants, Latin eateries, fruit stands, bakeries, and cigar shops. Here, you can start your day with Cuban coffee and pastelitos at Versailles, treat yourself to a classic Cuban sandwich at Sanguich de Miami, and cool off with ice cream from Azucar. Beyond the flavors, Little Havana tells its story through street art and murals, honoring legends like José Martí, making it a rich sensory and cultural experience.

We will send someone to you to swap the bike with-in 30 to 60 minutes from notification during business hours and only with-in 5 miles of rental location, you must to pay extra for this service. 

1. The deposit will not be refunded until the circumstances of the incident have been verified.
2. You must complete a written report detailing what occurred; in some cases, it may be necessary to contact the police.
3. A copy of your identification is required, along with copies of both the front and back of the card used to pay the deposit.
4. We will remain in contact with the client regarding the final determination of costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the client.

If the vehicle is stolen or lost, you must pay the full replacement value as if it were new.

Factors involved in cases where the vehicle is damaged:

A minimum fee of $25 will be charged for any significant scratches.

The refundable security deposit covers any parking fines, traffic violations, damage, loss, or theft incurred by the vehicle during the rental period. Payment is required at the time of booking and must be made via credit or debit card; in some cases, cash may be accepted. It is not a charge or payment, but rather a deposit held by the bank.

• Cancellation more than 24–48 hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours in advance: 50% refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
• Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance or "No-show" (failure to appear): No refund. This is crucial because the equipment has already been prepared and the unit has been blocked off for other clients.
• Any cancellation will incur a 20% surcharge on the base amount.
